DENTAL IMPLANTS IN TRENTON & BELLEVILLE
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
- Invisalign® offers an almost invisible aligning system that straightens teeth fast and contains no metal.
- Invisalign® treatment consists of a series of custom-made aligning trays.
- In addition to the reduced visual impact, Invisalign® aligning trays can be temporarily removed for important occasions – meaning that treatment duration is patient-controlled. A great number of people report complete satisfaction with both the Invisalign® treatment and the stunning results.

At your second appointment, you will try on the trays for proper fit, and adjustments will be made if necessary. The trays are worn with special whitening solution once a day for 15 minutes, usually for a couple of weeks depending on the degree of staining and desired level of whitening.
It is normal to experience tooth sensitivity during the time you are whitening your teeth, but it will subside shortly after you have stopped bleaching.
You will receive care instructions for your teeth and trays, and be encouraged to visit your dentist regularly to help maintain a beautiful, healthy, white smile.
ALSO NOTE Since teeth whitening only works on natural tooth enamel, it is important to evaluate replacement of any old fillings, crowns, etc. Replacement of any restorations will be done after bleaching so they will match the newly bleached teeth.
Normal wear of outer tooth layer.
Stained teeth due to medications (tetracycline, etc.).
Yellow, brown stained teeth.
Rarely, sensitivity during treatment may occur in some people. The Zoom light produces minimal heat, which is usually the source of discomfort.
Your dentist also may require you to undergo whitening if you are planning other cosmetic dental procedures in order to ensure a better match between the restoration and your natural dentition, or after the removal of braces. During your consultation and evaluation, your dentist also will note existing dental work (such as crowns and veneers) which will not respond to conventional whitening agents.
As with other whitening products, Zoom is not recommended for children under 13 years of age, or for pregnant or lactating women. Also, it is important to remember only your dentist can determine if teeth whitening is right for you after performing a thorough oral examination that includes a shade assessment

To help maintain the whitening effects of your treatment, your dentist may advise you to avoid certain foods and beverages or consume them in moderation to avoid staining your teeth.
Maintain an appropriate oral hygiene (brushing and flossing) regimen to prevent stains from reforming, and see your dentist and hygienist regularly for scheduled teeth cleanings.
