I had the pleasure of bringing my daughter to You Make Me Smile Dental Centre to see Dr. Alkhoury for teeth extractions, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we stepped into the office, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff made us feel comfortable and at ease, which was especially important for my daughter, who was feeling a bit nervous.
Dr. Alkhoury himself is a true expert in his field. Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable, but he also has a genuine compassion for his patients. Dr Alkhoury took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to us, addressing any concerns we had and putting my daughter's mind at ease. Their gentle and reassuring demeanor instantly made us feel confident that we were in good hands.
During the extractions, Dr. Alkhoury and his team were incredibly attentive, ensuring my daughter's comfort every step of the way. They made sure she was properly numbed and comfortable before proceeding, and the extraction itself was quick and virtually painless. Dr. Alkhoury's precision and expertise were evident throughout the entire process, and I was impressed by how smoothly everything went.

My dental visits are always very warm and welcoming. The dental hygienists are so kind and helpful and go out of their way to make their patients feel at home.
This was my 1st time using You Make me Smile after 30 plus years with my old dentist. EVERYONE was amazing and very attentive to my individual needs and concerns. Dct Raj was awesome and his music list helped the entire procedure go off without a hitch. Specially when he started to sing a bit. THANK YOU to all of you that made my 1st visit, that was full of anxiety over the procedure, run so smoothly. I'll be back! LOL

Her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care made the entire experience truly exceptional. Service is great when you get in for an appt. They've helped make my 4 yr old very comfortable with going to the dentist. Administrative staff is friendly.
However, it's happened to me twice now where I've booked an appointment 6 months in advance, just for them to cancel my appointment a few days before (first time is because the booked me on family day and weren't open, Second time is because they no longer had a hygienist available for my appointment). They have rescheduled me for another 6 months out. So if you plan to stay on a good routine of seeing the dentist every 6 months , it might not happen at this office.

They're the first dentists I was able to find who didn't automatically refer me off to another specialist. They seem to have more abilities and are more open to finding a solution for you, rather than making you someone else's problem because your situation is little complicated.
Had another wonderful experience at make you smile dental office this time in Belleville and had a wonderful hygienist name Cheyenne.
Walked in, no appointment. The pain made me do it. Excellent greeting, very respectful and responsive. Highly recommend 👌
I had a tooth chip while eating at 12 and they got me in by 1:30. I had a different dentist but They were so professional and friendly. I have switched dentist’s because of this situation. 10/10 would recommend
